There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket, except if the cast is changed and the ticket prices therefore change or if a performance has to be broken off before half of it has taken place. In the latter case the claim for refunding has to be made within seven days. In case of programme-alternations, tickets can be refunded before the performance starts.
Reductions or credit notes cannot be taken into consideration with your online-order.

For security reasons we must ask you to give your card verification code with all credit card payments. You will find your card verification code on the reverse side of your credit card (last 3 or 4 numbers). We ensure you that none of your credit card details will be retained.

Customers picking up theatre tickets that have already been paid for via credit card we kindly ask to show us the credit card and their identity card.

Booking seats for the Nationaltheater please be aware that tickets marked “Stehpl.” are standing-room! Tickets Galerie Seite which appear in the order as “Hörer” i. e. “Part.” are seats with absolutely no visibility to the stage.
